Located in Boerum Hill, it will have 4 luxury residential units and a retail space on the ground floor. The project costs $7.5M, with expected sales of $12.5M.
531 Pacific Street is a four-story walk-up apartment building located in the luxurious neighborhood of Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Constructed in 1899, the building totals approximately 3,267 sqf and is steps away from popular commercial areas, major subway lines, and the renowned Barclays Center.
The neighborhood is rapidly growing and developing, making it one of Brooklyn’s most sought-after areas.
In 2019, Avenues Equity Partners. bought 1656 Dekalb Ave at $1.35M. Three of six apartments were vacant. Avenues Capital Partners. spent $200K on high-end renovation and upgraded vacants, common areas, basement, and roof to terrace garden. The 3 updated units rented at top market value rates. First refinancing expected Q1 2021.
132 Macon Street is a 4-story building with 6 residential units, which was purchased by Avenues Equity Partners. for $1.57M.
Avenues Equity Partners. had and invested approximately $330K for renovating the building which included the renovation of all 6 apartments, as well as the common areas, basement, and roof.
The renovations were completed in the summer of 2020, and all 6 apartments had been rented. Refinancing is completed, market value of the building is $3.3M.
19-28 Linden Street Queens, NY was purchased by Avenues Equity Partners. in 2020, the building is currently undergoing massive renovations.
The building is being remodeled and all the building’s systems will be upgraded to the highest standards.
Once the building is ready it will rent for top market rents. After the building is fully rented it will be refinanced and repositioned based on its new cash flow.
We managed to secure the purchase price of $1,1M. Avenues Equity Partners. plans to convert the 2 family building to luxury 2-unit townhome.
The projected sales are expected to yield $2.6M-$2.9M.
The project is expected to take 16 Months from closing to sell off the property.
341 Tompkins Avenue, is a 3-story walk-up building located in the Bedford–Stuyvesant neighborhood in Brooklyn.
The property consists of three free market residential units.
Avenues Equity Partners. purchased 341 Tompkins Avenue in December 2020 and is currently renovating the building. The renovations and layout optimization are expected to generate premium rents maximize and profitability
226 Putnam Avenue, a vacant 2 family home located on the border of Bedstuy and Clinton Hill, will be a luxurious Condo.

1219 Atlantic Avenue, is a vacant 3 unit mixed-use building. Two of the units are residential and one unit is commercial. The building is located in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood. The Building was burned two years ago and needs significant rehabilitation.
Avenues Equity Partners. managed to secure the purchase at below market price and is currently working on rehabilitating the building
